About Elwood

Hello! I’m Elwood.

I’m a five-year-old lilac Shar-Pei, born in the Czech Republic and now living in the Netherlands.

Home is a little farm where I share my days with my humans, my Shar-Pei sister Tequila, a few horses, some chickens, and whatever wildlife happens to wander through. It’s peaceful and quiet, which is exactly how I like it.

Most days you’ll find me exploring forest trails, running through the hills, practicing agility, or keeping a watchful eye on everyone else’s business. Supervision is an underrated skill.

Some humans admire my wrinkles.

Others admire my athletic abilities.

Personally, I think it’s important to be well-rounded.

The adventures we share have become books, photographs, and a growing collection of things that remind us to laugh a little more, explore a little further, and never underestimate the value of good company.
