Withdrawal of purchase

Online purchases are subject to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. Within this period, you may cancel the contract without providing a reason. After you have notified us that you are canceling the purchase, you then have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. The product must be returned unused and, to the extent reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

You can easily submit your notice of withdrawal using the withdrawal form on this page. You are not required to provide a reason, but we appreciate your feedback. You can also submit your notice of withdrawal by email to info@elwood-books.com. Additionally, you can download and use our model withdrawal form.

As soon as we receive your notice of cancellation, you will receive a confirmation. From that moment on, the 14-day period begins during which you can return the purchase to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Keep the shipping receipt in a safe place until your return has been fully processed. This will allow you to prove that you shipped the package on time.

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of your notice of cancellation. If we do not receive your return shipment within those 14 days, we will refund you on the day we receive the shipment.

If you return your entire order, you will also be refunded the original shipping costs. If you return only part of your order, you will only be refunded the purchase price of the returned items.
